We are looking for an experienced CRM / Zoho Manager who will provide both technical and strategic support for our business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, development, and optimization of our CRM system, ensuring smooth data flows and system integrations.

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?
- CRM Administration & Data Management
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the Zoho CRM system
- Ensure data quality through structuring, cleansing, and regular updates
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, and access rights
- Perform backups and ensure data integrity
- Customization & Automation
- Program and configure workflows, automations, and functions
- Develop custom modules, reports, and dashboards
- Modify pages, columns, forms, and fields for efficient use
- Interfaces & System Integration
- Manage and optimize API integrations between Zoho CRM, the website, Google Tools, LinkedIn, and other systems
- Ensure seamless data transfers between Zoho CRM and external platforms
- Provide technical support for tracking and reporting in collaboration with marketing and IT
- Support & Development
- Train and support internal teams in the effective use of Zoho CRM
- Monitor CRM performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and external service providers to continuously improve the system
What do you need to help make our goals a reality?
- First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it;
- Degree or training in business informatics, IT, business administration, or a comparable qualification;
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems;
- Knowledge of database management, API interfaces, and automation tools;
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking tools (preferred);
- Analytical and structured thinking;
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly;
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
