We’re looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/w) to monitor our chemical production and processes, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards. You’ll work in tight collaboration with the Production and R&D Chemistry departments.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with procedure drafting, process optimization and standardization – and you should have a strong sense of team -collaboration. If it feels like you might have chemistry with us, we look forward to hearing from you!

Your tasks:

  • Issuing and reviewing Quality documents (Procedures, Quality Control Plan, Quality Control test reports)
  • Monitoring the chemical production cycle, managing non-conformities and proposing Containment and Corrective actions in cooperation with the Production and R&D departments
  • Applying continuous improvement both on procedures and processes following the PDCA method
  • Determining quality metrics for the chemical production procedures in cooperation with the R&D Chemistry department
  • Auditing systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
  • Working with other internal teams to improve product quality and reliability.

Your profile:

  • First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent field
  • Experience in the chemical production field and industrial special processes preferred
  • Experience in analytical chemistry, polymer chemistry and gas analysis preferred
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001-2015
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and C1 level Italian
  • Good documentation and organization skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Risk-based approach and strong problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative, target-oriented and detail-oriented approach
