Enapter is looking for a Business Developer (Germany) to form strategic partnerships and create an integrator partner network in German, help build our digital marketing approach and develop business models beyond the sales of electrolysers.


  • Create new sales channels, find and develop new markets and business sales approaches in Germany and possibly beyond
  • Build the partner network
  • Sell Electrolysers to customers
  • Work with management and support strategic planning
  • Represent Enapter publicly at exhibitions and events, conferences and meetings


  • Experience in the energy sector, experience with hydrogen is a plus
  • Background related to Business Development/Sales
  • Ability to manage complex projects, strong team player with multi-tasking capabilities
  • Fluent in German and English, any other a language
  • Project Management Experience
  • Strong communication skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Have a "can do attitude" and hunger. Eager to jump-in and get things done, but don’t get flustered in a dynamic start-up environment
