We are looking for an Automation Engineer (m/f/d) to take over the full responsibility to specify, define and design the electrical PLC systems of our large-scale hydrogen electrolysers.

Your tasks:

Engineering and implementation of PLC Software in the hydrogen business
design control cabinet layouts and cable routings
Select components, sensors and actuators for the specified purposes
Supervise and monitor the building and installation of electrical cabinets
Support and contribute to the build of system control software

Your profile:

First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it
Bachelor degree in Automation engineering, Technician degree (Techniker) or equivalent
Understanding of PLCs und control systems
Knowledge in the work with SIMATIC
knowledge of relevant norms and standards such as IEC 61439, IEC 60204, EU Low Voltage Directive, risk assessment (ISO 12100), functional safety (IEC 61508) and ATEX requirements
Skills in working with software tools such as ePlan is a plus
Eager to learn, prepared to take on responsibility
Excellent English skills, German level B2 required
